Joint BOT-EXCO Meeting
Strategic alignment meeting between Board of Trustees and Executive Committee.
Faculty Virtual Sessions
Parallel virtual sessions across six faculties providing academic priming before the main conference.
Dr Ayo Binitie Community Medical Outreach
Physical community medical outreach program providing healthcare services to the local community.
Day Focus
Logistics readiness, exhibitor setup, and early registration
Venue Setup & Technical Installation
Comprehensive venue setup including AV systems, ICT infrastructure, signage, and poster boards.
Exhibitor Move-In
Zoned access for exhibitors to set up booths and displays. Security-controlled entry.
Registration Desk Opens
Early registration for participants. Peak flow expected in the late afternoon.
Poster Mounting (Early Presenters)
Supervised poster mounting for early presenters. Technical support available.
Welcome Cocktail & Registration
Welcome cocktail featuring lifestyle activities, wellness exercises, and networking. Registration continues throughout the event.

Morning aerobics sessions at hotels with large delegate counts and courtyard facilities.

Poster Session I (Moderated)
First moderated poster session with no competing plenary sessions to maximize attendance.
Official Opening Ceremony
Grand opening ceremony with full protocol arrangements and media coverage. Official welcome addresses and ceremonial proceedings.
